Harrison Bay Honey Farm Products

From our apiaries nestled alongside Lake Chickamauga and the Tennessee River in Hamilton and Bradley counties in southeast Tennessee, Harrison Bay Honey Farm honey is harvested once a year after the spring nectar flow.  This provides a smooth mixture of both spring and fall honey, a delicious and natural sweet treat.  Wildflower honey is gathered from many sources: flowers, trees, clover and other nectar producing plants that attract honeybees. Nothing is added, nor is anything removed. Unlike the pasteurized honey sold in grocery stores, our honey is not filtered and remains unheated, leaving all the natural pollens and beneficial enzymes that are present in raw, natural, pure honey.
